Hike in tunnel takes dark turn

May 27th, 2014 · Leave a Comment

Our normal hike near the cabin took a dark turn this memorial weekend. In fact it took several. We decided to walk into the western entrance to the now trackless Central Pacific Railway snow sheds. Blue sunset at Serene Lakes

May 25th, 2014 · Leave a Comment

International soccer tourney opportunity for Vegas trip

February 17th, 2014 · Leave a Comment

Emily’s soccer team, Sacramento Real FC Endurance competed in the International tournament, “Mayor’s Cup” in Las Vegas over the President’s day weekend. January 28th, 2014 · Leave a Comment

McReunion-Missouri - 49After a McClelland family reunion in the Missouri Ozarks in 1991, sons Dan and Steven joined me for a long drive home in a van. We would sleep in the van or pitch our little tent, roughing it all the way. We would enjoy the sights, visiting such historic places as South Dakota’s Mount Rushmore, or a whisky-tasting stop in historic Weston, Missouri.
