Life’s slow pace

High heat equals cold beer plus slow pace. With Ron Rouse and Nick Caster after an aborted Generic loop. The heat was so bad we decided to ride up to Fair Oaks and stop for a beer. A slow ride back along the American River Bike Trail was perfect as it started to cool down.
